Helping Hands is a financial assistance program run by the Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA). It acts as a safety net for individuals and families dealing with bleeding disorders by providing modest emergency monetary grants to help cover basic living and medical expenses.

HOPE for Hemophilia - Hope's Assistance Application
Hope for Hemophilia (operated by Hope Charities) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing bleeding disorders. They offer direct financial assistance for crisis situations (up to $1,500 for essentials like utilities or housing), educational events, resource connections, and peer-to-peer support groups.

Texas Hemophilia Assistance Program (HAP)
The Hemophilia Assistance Program (HAP) helps people with hemophilia pay for blood factor products.

Texas Central's Emergency Assistance Program​
(Texas Central in partnership with HTC Social Workers)
If the applicant is treated by a Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC), applications must be prepared and submitted to Texas Central by an HTC social worker, nurse or physician who validates that the eligibility requirements have been met.

If the applicant is not seen by a HTC, the application must be prepared and submitted by a third-party advocate approved by Texas Central who is qualified to validate that all eligibility requirements have been met. (i.e. Specialty Pharmacy Provider)
