1. Develop and Support the Organization’s Mission

2. Attend and Participate in Board Meetings

3. Attend and Participate in Community Events and Activities

4. Serve on Committees

5. Hire and Oversee the Executive Director

6. Recruit and Train New Board Members

7. Direct the Organization Through Strategic Planning

8. Provide Financial Oversight

9. Donate and Fundraise

10. Promote the Organization to the Community

11. Maintain Internal Ethics and Accountability

NOTE: If you or someone in your household is employed by a drug manufacturer or a specialty pharmacy, you are not eligible to serve on the Texas Central Bleeding Disorders Board of Directors.
